James Horak
James is a longtime resident of Belvue, a volunteer on the Belvue Fire Department, and runs a truck and machinery repair shop in Belvue.
James was elected Mayor to fill the vacancy left by former Mayor Norman Stutzman's departure and recently reelected in 2023.
