Online Utility Payments

The City of Belvue will now accept online payments through KanPay. Please click here to use this service. This service utilizes a third party vendor, kansas.gov.

You will be required to enter an e-mail address to obtain your receipt.  There will be a service fee charged by KanPay to provide this service. Your payment is not complete until it has passed authorization and settlement, and the payment is received by the City of Belvue.  KanPay is not owned or operated by the City of Belvue.
